How do you introduce yourself to others?
Do you state your name and then tell that person where you live or where you work? How about who you are related to?
Can you just imagine the conversation you would engage in, if you turned to the person standing next to you in line at the grocery store, extended your hand to shake theirs and say, 'Hi, I'm (name) and I'm a Servant of the Lord Jesus Christ?
Would they already know that you are a servant of the One True God by what you wear, what you say, and where you go and how you behave? Or would you have to tell them that you are a servant of God?
Would you want them to know that you are a servant of God?
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." Words of Paul, Romans 1:16
"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." Words of Jesus, Matthew 10:32-33
Don't wait for someone to ask you if you are a Christian...
Go ahead and tell them...
But that's just me!
